With expertise in business exits, accounting, legal, and software development, joined extra mile Inc. in 2023 to collaborate with TV Asahi Group on “Xross Road”. Ex-CTO of DMM Games.
John Bui

Since 2011, has driven innovation in the blockchain sector. Currently serves as Venture Partner at Trive Digital, focusing on Web3 investments. Previously worked at Supra as Director of Strategic Initiatives and has advised projects on platforms like SingularityNet, Avalanche, and ICP. Actively invests in startups, including DYORDEX.
Kazuki Abe

Since 2019, has gained diverse experience in various roles, including consumer goods marketing, product management for live streaming applications, motion design and video planning. In 2022, he co-founded a company operating Listen to Earn Dapp in Dubai, UAE as COO, and successfully led the business to an acquisition.
Koji Miyata
Tech Lead
Since 2015, has built expertise across VR gaming, Web3, and AI. After developing VR and social games at Colopl, he joined DMM.com in 2020 as Tech Lead and PM. In 2022, he became CTO of DMMCrypto, and in 2025 was appointed CTO of a DMM group company focused on AI, leading both technology and product development.
Ikumi Ariga
Design Lead
Since 2018, has been engaged in the field of UX/UI design at startups, gaining experience across a wide range of domains including entertainment, B2B services, Web3, and AI. In 2023, founded the design agency Argonauts. Most recently, led the overall design for Xross Stars, a TCG game by Brave Group. Currently serves as Design Lead for Xross Road, overseeing art direction, graphics, and UX/UI design for the entire project.
William Wang
Head of Marketing
Since 2018, has been active in the blockchain industry, specializing in community growth and Web3 marketing. Expanded Bitmain’s presence in North America before founding a blockchain incubation firm that supported over a dozen projects to major exchange listings. Also held roles at Bybit and Bitget. Currently leads Web3 strategy and partnerships at Xross Road, driving market expansion and ecosystem development.

Community Growth
Since 2019, has worked in Web3, specializing in community management, partnerships, and outreach. Founded Airdrop Ng Mga Bobo (ANMB), a thriving community focused on Web3 education, and Web3 Bulacan, a regional initiative working with students and government agencies. With a background in Web2 from Amazon, SG now leads community growth and ecosystem partnerships at Xross Road, scaling crypto-native networks.

Former Executive and Head of Planning at MAPPA- known for titles such as Jujutsu Kaisen the most in-demand animated TV show in the world by Guinness World Records. Previously served as a producer for Fuji TV’s Noitamina programming block, overseeing productions such as Terror in Resonance.
